My process starts with a complimentary consultation in the privacy of your home or office. I will take the time to uncover your specific needs and design a program that is exactly right for YOU, a program that is fun, transformative… something you will stick with and even look forward to.

Together we will develop a plan of action that will get you started on your fitness journey.

What Your Complimentary Consultation Includes

  • Assess your current physical condition
  • Review your past exercise history
  • Discuss and set goals
  • Discuss what you enjoy and what has worked in the past
  • Evaluate the specific location within your home or office where you will be exercising. Whether it's a corner of a room or a full all-out home gym … you and I will get the job done!
  • Determine what equipment, if any, may be needed to help you train to your best ability

After going over the basics, an initial plan tailored to your lifestyle will be presented and scheduled. I typically recommend training with me 2-3 times per week. I will also recommend things you can do to supplement your sessions on days we aren't working out together.

Once you begin, your workouts will constantly evolve and always remain enjoyable. There is no rigid formula or boring routines. Your personal training program will be as unique as you are.
